In your life you can get to where you want to go, from where you are right here right now. God is just waiting for you to turn to Him and allow Him to set your feet on the path He has chosen for you.
Have you ever sat on the edge of your chair waiting in excitement for the play to be made, in a football game? Well, this is how eager God is to help you when he sees that you are in trouble and need His help. He is sitting on the edge of His chair just waiting for you to let Him help.
He is sitting there watching you fumble around making a mess out of your life, and saying Hey! I can do this, and you will go this way! or Hey! I can do that, and your life will be amazing!! Please! Let Me help! I have a better plan for you than this!! I created you to do this, not this stuff that you are doing! I have so much more for you!
But, we fumble around trying to make it on our own and before we know it we are in a place where half our life is over and when we look back we see a life unfilled because we did it our way. We are in the pit of miry clay.
Call On God
Call on God to help you see your way through to your real destiny and the reason you are here. Most of the time God has a totally different direction He wants us to go. It’s not what we want. We want the easy, fun worldly way. It’s hard to stand on your faith when everyone around you compromises on their faith and says it’s ok everyone’s doing it. Or, It’s 2017 times have changed, get with the program. But, when you stand firm, God is right there with you. He will never leave you by yourself.
Your past may have been difficult, but your future is open and ready to be written. Dwelling on your past failures and difficult circumstances doesn’t help you in moving forward into the future God has for you. Forget about them! Refuse to play the blame game and justifying your present problems.
Set Your Feet onThe Rock
Allow God to set your feet on the rock of His salvation and watch your life change into the life He has planned for you. It wont be easy or fun at times, it will at times actually be very hard to continue but the reward will be well worth it when God says, Well done!
Have a Fantastic weekend!
