The beginning of a new year is the time when most people set new years resolutions and work on setting their goals for the coming year. I just like everyone else have high expectations for the new year and it’s exciting planning for your new year.
I always take a few days at the end of the year to start looking over my goals for the past year. I look to see what I have accomplished and what I didn’t accomplish. I really take a hard look at where I want to be heading in the coming year. I work on setting my big yearly goals, then I break those goals down into monthly and weekly goals.
Here is what I have found that has worked for me over the years to help keep me focused and on track with my life plan and the goals I have.
I have a goals picture where I use a picture frame and I write my goals down and frame it and I hang it in a place where I can see it every day. I have a reminder that I see every day to work on the goals I have set for the year. It is a great feeling when I can put a check mark besides a goal I have on my photo frame. It shows me every day that I am on track and working at what I plan on accomplishing for the year.
Good luck with your goal setting and the planning of your new exciting year.
